We LOVE Aligoté with its mineral core, high acidity and in the right hands, true complexity. SOLD! From hand-harvested grapes from a prestigious organic grower in the Côte de Beaune (whom we have been sworn to secrecy not to divulge), this is classic Aligoté on steroids. Or rather made by Dominique Lafon. An unbelievable value, this is a great example of a historically maligned varietal that will change peoples’ minds.
