Grape: Pinot Noir
Region: Burgundy, France
Farming: Organic
After getting a masters in finance and working a few years in the business sector, Antoine Reniaume came back to Burgundy to work in the vineyards. His grandfather had been an agricultural engineer living in Bouzeron, on the border between the Côte de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise. Antoine got his viticultural degree in Beaune and pursued an apprenticeship at Meo-Camuzet, in the Côte de Nuits. During his tenure at Meo-Camuzet, he began to acquire the parcels his grandfather had worked. In 2016, Domaine Antoine Reniaume was founded with 7 hectares of vines. Now, Antoine has 15 hectares, farmed lutte raisonnée, with the utmost care. He's an energetic young winemaker with a vision of constant evolution and maturation, always looking for new and better ways to farm his old vine holdings, and express the terroir of the southern Côte de Beaune. Committed to organic practices, his vineyards thrive through precise techniques. Each vintage reflects Antoine's progressive spirit, blending avant-garde methods with innovative equipment, shaping wines of unparalleled finesse and elegance.
