Travis Giarattana started the brand as a step toward a lifelong dream of one day owning his own winery and becoming the winemaker behind it. Travis worked numerous harvests over the years, and the hard work, dedication, and individuality behind every producer has always fueled his passion for wine. Vivi Wine Co. is also deeply personal. “Vivi” is Travis’s nickname for his daughter Genevieve, and his hope is to build a brand that he can one day pass down to her. His philosophy is that wine doesn’t always have to be serious. It can be playful, colorful, creative, and full of the same excitement that made him fall in love with it in the first place. That spirit is reflected in the label, which is inspired by paint-by-numbers — a reminder to bring creativity, curiosity, and a little childlike joy back into the wine experience. All of the fruit is sourced from organically farmed vineyards in the Willamette Valley, primarily from 2 vineyard site The 2024 Oregon vintage delivered a beautifully balanced growing season, marked by steady ripening, healthy fruit, and excellent preservation of natural acidity. The resulting wine shows vibrant aromatics, purity of fruit, and refined structure, with a compelling balance of freshness and depth. The wine was bottled un-fined and un-filtered to fully preserve it’s natural texture, aromatic integrity, and site-driven character.
Food Pairing: Give it 20 minutes in the refrigerator before serving and enjoy it alongside burgers, grilled sausages, roast chicken, or just good conversation with good friends.
